If you’re an existing trade account customer, you can register here and follow the steps to link your trade account, when you place your order online we’ll charge it to your account. If you’d like to open a Trade account, you can contact your local branch on 08450 510 150.
 

Next Day Delivery

If you place your order before 4.30pm (Monday to Friday), we’ll despatch it for next working day delivery *.
  

Free Delivery on online orders over £60 – to UK mainland

Next working day delivery is free on UK mainland online orders over £60 (including VAT), except for bulky items which may carry a discretionary charge. For orders under £60 there is a charge of £7.95.

For items not held in stock there maybe an additional charge. This will communicated to you by your local branch upon confirmation of your order.

Same Day Courier

We have same day delivery service of critical products (where geographically possible) via taxi/courier 24/7/365. The price for this service varies and is dependent on the distance of the destination, time of day, and size of the package to be delivered.

What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation?

An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you have registered - if you do not receive it, please check that the e-mail address in the 'My Account' section is valid. Depending on your Outlook settings the email may also be directed to your Spam folder. If the problem persists you can contact your local branch on 08450 510 150.

Can I track my order online?

Yes, all order details are stored in the 'My Account' section of this site. Once you have logged-in, simply click the 'Your Orders' link to view them.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If you have placed an order through the site and have not received it by the estimated delivery date, please contact your local branch on 08450 510 150 with your order details to hand.
